Maintenant, je me dis : « Quand tu seras vieille tu pourras te dire que tu as travaillé à Wall Street ».

Usually, there’s always unexpected things happening to me. I surely think this week was an example of that, the phone thing reaching the top 3 (Yea someone pushed me, I fell down in the snow… whatever, I was all wet and my phone was dead). It seems it gets better now (but let’s wait before assuming anything, we never know haha).
After a lot of visits from Manhattan to Brooklyn, I finally found a place to stay. I just need to move-in this Sunday. The neighborhood is great with everything we need around the corner.
I also started my internship. Everything’s going good so far. Now I’m always thinking « When you’ll get old, you’ll be able to tell people you worked in Wall Street ». The office is in a building and it’s a co-working space on my floor with a lot of other start-ups, apps developers and stuff with happy hour Friday. What else huh?
On my first day, my boss told me « Don’t plan anything on Feb 9th, we are organizing this designer’s party in a hotel in Manhattan ». For those of you who know me very well, you probably guess how this makes me feel… #fashionlover
The way I felt when my plane landed at JFK, there’s no better feeling. I am very happy to be back here. Even if the first days are complicated and tiring, the jet lag makes me wake up at 5, looking forward to get out and eat New York, city that I love.
I did not have the time to use my camera yet but I’ll change this soon.
Last sentence in french says « Hope everything is good in France » but it doesn’t really apply here, does it?
Stay tuned,
